Our love wasn't built in a day. It was planted in a season, watered through the years, and brought to bloom by the hand of God. It started in 2018, we shared the same space but not the same story. Not yet. There was professionalism, there was mutual respect, and there was unwavering boundaries that neither of us dared to cross. We weren't writing a love story. But something holy was happening beneath the surface...

What grew between us wasn't rushed. It was refined. Through years of consistency, quiet observations, and a faithful patience, a friendship took root deeper than either of us fully realized. No page was forced. No chapter was rushed. We simply trusted the Author...

Over time, small kindnesses and steady presence built something neither of us could ignore. A disciplined friendship became something far greater — but only when the time was right. Confirmed through prayer, guided by wise counsel, and wrapped in a peace that made little sense to the world, yet made every sense to our souls. And then, in its proper season, love was revealed. With a quiet undeniable knowing: This is the one we prayed for.

To everyone who prayed, hoped and believed for this day, even when there was nothing yet to see. This story carries your faith and fingerprints within it. You helped write these pages and we will never forget you. What God developed over time, He has proven faithful to reveal.

In November of 2020, two sisters responding to something deep within traveled across States to North Carolina for a spiritual event. It was a season of great pull like a series of actions taking place with the actual Director hidden from sight. It wasn’t a good time to travel due to the global lockdown but the inner pull was too great to ignore. In that event many good things happened but one of them stayed significant in their minds. It was the silent presence of a young man who found a way to impose himself without a word on the curious minds of the sisters. They could not put their fingers exactly on what it was about him. On the second day of the event there was a kind gesture the host called out and wanted the gentleman responsible to stand up to be recognized. Before he stood up the sisters already knew who it was; the quiet mystery man. No exchanges of any sort were made at this event.

Two months later, January 2021, cutting out the details of all the challenges that stood in the way the sisters made it to the event by the same host this time in California. Without any man made effort, the mystery man and the sisters were placed on the same seat in a crowd of hundreds of people. When the event ended, contact was exchanged and everyone went to their respective places unbeknownst to all that a kingdom friendship had just begun. And Kingdom friendship it was indeed. The months and years that followed produced seasons of growth in many regards, Divine revelations, Divine Counsel, Love and Care the kingdom way, to mention a few. Though this was a connection between people with very different cultures and backgrounds, it felt like what was meant to be.

After some time it became obvious that the one time mystery man was now beginning to show special interest in one of the sisters. That interest as was expected was put to test in every possible way with the mystery man coming from a culture to far from home. With each test, he made his stand firmer refusing to give up his conviction. Today after the Will of GOD has been carefully sought concerning marriage and conviction was mutually reached, the mystery man and one of the sisters tie the knot in Holy Matrimony to the Glory of GOD.

Charlie, you are the gift I didn’t know I needed.
